SalaryWe are looking for FULL TIME baristas to join our team at Wellington Circle. This is a high volume store. Driving license preferred but not essential. Working Hours (5.30am - 11pm).
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter and provide a friendly, positive experience.
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, beer, wine and other alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Perform opening and closing procedures.
- Knowledge of all Starbucks products.
- Follow all health and safety standards.
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support various shifts (morning, afternoon, night).
- Maintain a positive attitude and work with a team to help other baristas and staff members.
- Adhere to all applicable health and safety guidelines.
- Follow all applicable security and safety guidelines.
- Able to communicate effectively with other staff members.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields preferred but not essential.
- Ability to communicate effectively with other staff members.
