Salary Scale: £130 to £150 per day
Start Date: After Easter Half Term
GSL Education is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Fully Qualified Primary Teacher to join one of our esteemed primary school in Spilsby, Lincolnshire . The school is searching for a candidate with strong leadership and student management skills.
Responsibilities may include:

• Plan and deliver creative and differentiated lessons that align with the national curriculum.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure effective communication and a holistic approach to student development.
• Contribute to the school's commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel encouraged to participate and thrive.

Requirements for the role:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS/PGCE) or equivalent.
• Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
• Have an Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
• Proven experience in teaching within a primary school setting, as a teacher or trainee teacher is preferred. However, who don’t have this experience can also apply.
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching methods.
