GSL Education Lincolnshire is currently in search of a skilled and dedicatedFully Qualified Teacher (SEN Experience Essential) for an esteemed SEN (Special Educational Needs) client school situated in the Lincoln region.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with other educators, support staff, and professionals to create a cohesive and inclusive educational experience for all students.
• Plan and deliver specialized instruction to address the diverse learning needs of students with disabilities.
• Regularly assess and track the progress of students, adjusting instructional strategies.
• Adapt and modify the curriculum to cater to the individual learning styles, abilities, and interests of students with special needs.
• Identify and assess the specific learning needs of students with special educational needs.
• Implement behaviour management strategies to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) which is a must.
• Patience, resilience, and understanding is an absolute must.
• Inspire and motivate students, fostering critical thinking and a passion for learning.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Provide differentiated learning experiences ensuring progress for all students.
• Foster a nurturing environment that gives the children a comfortable platform to learn.
• Hold an enhanced child workforce DBS, registered on the update service, or be willing to apply for a new one through GSL Education.
