The Role:
To assist with the day-to-day management of data submissions, ensuring the data is prepared and submitted in line with published timelines, and compliant with the requirements of the funding agencies.
To assist with the tracking and monitoring of contracts with subcontractors and delivery partners, in line with the Subcontractor Management Framework.
To assist with the annual curriculum planning process as part of the wider MIS team, to ensure the planning of funding is accurate and reflects allocations.
To support the Funding & Compliance Coordinator and the curriculum staff to complete tasks including timetabling, course setup & amendments as part of the wider academic cycle.
To take responsibility for allocated MIS administration tasks and to ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner, making appropriate use of technology.
About You:
- Level 2 qualification in IT or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in using management information systems and management reports
- Previous experience with database systems, or handling of large quantities of data
- Experience in using the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Word
- Good standard of oral and written communication skills and the ability to write clear and concise communications
- Good administrative skills, with accuracy and an attention to detail
