SalaryWe are looking for a Fundraising Manager for a 12 month Maternity Cover contract, to join a well respected health charity and lead the fundraising team, focusing on developing the Events, Community and Individual Giving income.
This is a Gloucestershire based role with hybrid working in the Stroud office.

The Role
Create and implement successful marketing plans using a range of communication channels to drive fundraising enquiry numbers, conversions and ultimately income.
Manage the fundraising team as a whole, including Senior Fundraising Officers.
Develop the fundraising messaging, including a consistent and compelling case for support.
The Candidate
Experience of planning, delivering and evaluating fundraising activities and events.
Experience of fundraising or marketing campaigns including acquisition and retention campaigns.
Excellent proven leadership skills with experience of managing a large and dynamic hybrid team.
Strong financial planning skills and the ability to manage large and complex budgets.
