SalaryWe need someone to help manage the incoming supporter communications, opening and processing donations securely, and managing supporter administration on the Supporter Database (Raisers Edge). This is a part time office-based role in Chelsea, London.
Duties:
- Opening and processing donations securely
- Update donor records on Raiser’s Edge, our supporter database (full training will be provided)
- Help maintain accurate, and reliable information about supporters around Gift Aid, Consent and supporter communication preferences.
- Respond to fundraiser’s enquiries in a timely manner
- Assist the team in fulfilling online orders
