Senior Face to Face Fundraising Officer, a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist London Charity, who provide a crucial medical response service within the Capital. Hybrid Working; a min of 2 days a week office based.

As the Senior Face to Face Fundraising Officer, working with a Direct Marketing Manager, you will help to deliver the direct marketing campaigns and income goals by:

• Delivering inspiring training presentations to agency Face to Face fundraisers as well as cultivating relationships with external Face to Face agency partners.
• Creating and developing training materials, involving networking with the operational and service team to help deliver inspiring training presentations to agency Face to Face fundraisers. 
• Monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations of the face-to-Face Fundraising campaigns, ensuring donor recruitment targets are met and are to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver inspiring training sessions about the charity’s services, engaging fundraisers to be passionate about the cause.
• Network and build relationships with operational and services team to gain knowledge of how the service operates and feed this into fundraiser training sessions.
• Monitor fundraisers and the accreditation of agency trainers. Supporting the Fundraising Compliance Officer with the monitoring of welcome call listening, mystery shopping and shadowing. 
• Provide first point of contact for all Face to Face/Direct Dialogue agency partners for campaign activity across Private Site, Door to Door and Telemarketing - Welcome Calling. 
• Assist the Direct Marketing Manager on the development of annual strategic and operational plans for multiple Direct Dialogue fundraising campaigns across Regular Giving and Lottery.

Essential Knowledge and Experience

• Prior experience working either as a Fundraiser or experience working within a charity, with strong knowledge of fundraising regulations (an understanding of areas such as; fundraising compliance, data protection, fundraising regulations, gambling commission regulations)
• Prior experience of presenting or running training sessions to small to medium sized groups either Face to Face or via a remote setting. Creating engaging and inspiring content for training sessions
• Excellent skills in engaging, inspiring and motivating others to achieve targets and deliver against campaign objectives.
• Experience of monitoring, planning or implementing projects and/or campaigns to agreed standards.

Salary: £33,000 - £35,000
