Description
- Manage and oversee the Fundraising Operations team
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies
- Monitor and report on fundraising goals and achievements
- Ensure the team is motivated and performing at their best
- Build and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders
- Maintain a strong knowledge of industry trends
- Represent the organisation in industry events and meetings
- Ensure compliance with legal and company regulations
Profile
A successful Fundraising Operations Manager should have:
- Experience in a leadership role within the Public Sector & Not for Profit industry
- Strong knowledge of fundraising strategies and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for making a positive impact through their work
- Proficiency in using fundraising software and tools
- Knowledge of using a CRM system
Job Offer
- Salary between £35,000 - £40,000
- Hourly rate between £17 - £21 paid weekly
- Remote role (2 days a month in office)
- 6 month interim contract - possible extension
- Immediate start available (Feb start date)
- Holiday pay
