- 35 hours per week, spread across 5 days between Monday and Saturday
- Location: Private sites within the South West with venue booking responsibilities.
- Requirement: Own car with business insurance
- Pay: £15 per hour
- Business Mileage Reimbursement: .45p per mile

Marie Curie are the UKs leading end of life charity providing frontline nursing and hospice care, a free support line and a wealth of information and support on all aspects of dying, death and bereavement.
Please note this is a contract with external staffing agency Inspired People on working assignment with Marie Curie.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train and lead a motivated team of fundraisers to achieve targets at private venues, utilising your experience.
- Be able to work independently and used to working towards targets.
- Personally deliver consistently excellent fundraising results.
- Work alongside the Regular Giving Manager and Inspired People to interview and appoint fundraisers.
- Manage venue booking logistics efficiently to ensure optimal locations fundraising.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to help fundraisers excel in their role to drive consistently great fundraiser results.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize fundraising effectiveness and donor
engagement
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment where everyone feels valued and motivated.
About you:
- Valid driver's license and access to a car with business insurance.
- Previous experience in fundraising and/or sales leadership roles preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to motivate and inspire others to reach their full potential.
- Passion for the mission and values of Marie Curie.
