Are you an aspirational, innovative and person centred leader who can co-ordinate a team of supported individuals who will play a part in providing internal Gardening Services for Autism East Midlands?
We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference, for the environments and support that we provide to autistic people. As well as developing and maintaining the gardens and outside spaces, you will be working with our service users to help them develop their skills.
The role will be based at our Head Office, working at our sites throughout the East Midlands.
You will need to have experience of leading groups of people and a commitment to equality. We are seeking a passionate gardener who has experience gained in a personal or professional capacity. This job might just offer the best experience you have had in a long time!
