Salary Gas engineer Days and night shift £48,000
As a Gas Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe operation and maintenance of gas systems across approximately 100 buildings at our clients site. Your responsibilities will include performing gas safety checks, diagnosing and repairing faults, conducting installations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conducting routine gas safety inspections and servicing on domestic and commercial properties.
- Diagnosing and resolving gas-related faults efficiently and effectively.
- Carrying out installations and upgrades of gas appliances and systems as required.
- Maintaining accurate records of work undertaken, including service reports and gas safety certificates.
- Responding promptly to emergency call-outs and providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Collaborating with colleagues and contractors to ensure the smooth running of gas systems across the portfolio.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices
Gas Safe registered with relevant qualifications (e.g., CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1).
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within property maintenance or facilities management.
Full driving license
