Your new role

• Working Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm, covering one main site in Nottingham and a mobile portfolio of 11 residential and commercial sites in Nottingham (less frequently)
• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance.
• Temperature tests, unblocking toilets and sinks, boilers, changing taps and showerheads, descaling, flushing, water hygiene and any other general building service duties.

What you'll need to succeed

• Must hold ACS Gas tickets & Plumbing Level 2 as a minimum.
• Must live within a commutable distance of Nottingham region.
