Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider in Manchester to recruit to a Gas Service and Repair Engineer on a permanent basis. The role is offered on a 40 hour week, with on call and overtime options available.

Travel will be required, but not limited to locations across the North West including Ribble Valley, Bolton and Oldham.

A van, fuel card and gas flue analyser are provided.
Responsibilities of the Gas Service and Repair Engineer:

• Visiting social housing properties undertaking combi swaps and new gas installations
• Ensuring tenant satisfaction
• Working closely with the compliance team in ensuring work is undertaken safely
• Utilising a PDA to close and accept jobs
• Completing necessary paperwork in relation to part, material requisitions and orders

Requirements of the Gas Service and Repair Engineer:

• UK Driving License and willingness to travel across the North West
• Relevant qualification in plumbing & heating
• Relevant gas tickets
