We are seeking a detail-oriented General Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations.

Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Assist in data entry tasks to maintain and update records.
- Utilize computerized systems for organizing and scheduling appointments.
- Support the office staff with administrative tasks as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using office software such as QuickBooks, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Knowledge of general office procedures and clerical duties.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
