Candidates will need to start working on Tues, Wed, Thurs for 3 months whilst training and then move to Mon, Wed, Fri working.
Responsibilities:
· Answer inbound calls, answer queries or field calls
· Open, distribute and frank post
· Data entry using the IPW CRM system and Excel
· Process membership application forms – database input and paper files
· Member reconciliation with database/outlook/mailchimp & brevo
· CPD (Continuing Professional development) input on database and calculation
· Membership renewals
· Sending letter of reference requests
· Sending CPD certificates
· Enter feedback from course delegates
· Assist with incoming correspondence
· Take credit/debit card payments over the phone and complete appropriate spreadsheets/database entries
· Collate and process client feedback questionnaires
· File paperwork and membership files
· Assist with general administration duties within the business
· Assist with other office-related tasks dependant on the needs of the business and/or its management at that time
· Provide sickness and/or holiday cover for other staff if required

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 22.5 per week
