Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative, Administrator, or similar, experienced at Generating Leads through telephone calls, seeking a fulfilling role within a family-oriented business with tight-knit team, allowing you to undertake a diverse range of responsibilities for a company dedicated to fostering a fantastic work-life balance?
This market leading recycling company repurpose wood materials to give them new life in order to help promote a greener future. They have recently moved into a new office building due to a period of growth and are now looking to bring in some fresh talent to drive the further growth of the business. On the new site they can now offer a modern working environment as well as and free on site parking for all staff.
In this varied role your responsibilities will include helping drive business development through the generation of sales leads by speaking with new and existing customers, following up on sales enquires either by email or on the phone, general business administration and development responsibilities and processing sales and order paperwork.
This role will be suited to a Sales Administrator or similar that is seeking a Monday to Friday role with a company that can offer opportunities for training and development and value work life balance with a guaranteed early Friday finish.
THE ROLE

* Dealing with Sales Enquiries
* Speaking with both new and existing companies
* Handling Emails in a timely and professional manner
* Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 16:00 , Friday 08:00 - 15:00
THE PERSON

* Customer Service / Administration Background
* Experience Generating Leads e.g. telesales / call center agent
* Commutable West Bromwich
