GENERAL ADMINISTRATOR / SALES ADMINISTRATOR
Your Ford Centre are pleased to announce the opening of our new 4.5 million Ford Dealership in Dundee.
Your Ford Centre are a family owned Group of Ford Dealerships located in Fife, the Lothians and Tayside and we look for employees that demonstrate a willingness to help others and want to make an effort to get on with colleagues, with an awareness of your own impact on them and our customers.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated General Administrator / Sales Administrator to join us at Dundee Ford Centre.
Day to Day Duties
• Liase with the Sales team each morning to discuss daily deliveries
• Liase with Kirkcaldy Ford to arrange daily vehicle taxing
• Bring Vehicles into stock
• Invoice New/Used vehicles
• Carry out general admin duties
• Collate daily banking
• Being approachable for customers, customer care is the priority to the Admin work.
• Answer calls for all departments emailing messages to relevant departments.
• Assisting with collection and delivery of customer vehicles and vehicles from other sites, if required.
