General Assistant (Freddie’s Den)8 Hours (Saturday)P01562£12.34 per hour The Hive @ the Jim McDonald Centre is a busy community leisure facility offering sport & leisure facilities to the whole community. As a hive of activity there is always something going on from fitness classes, sport groups, our centre run Birthday Parties and Children’s Holiday activities. We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident person to join our team working mainly in Freddie’s Den, our in house soft play area.  Expect to be making delicious coffees and serving cooked food.  You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of customer service, and maintaining a safe and clean environment with good hygiene and end of day cleaning.  There will also be additional hours over school holiday periods helping with our onsite kids holiday activity programme. It is essential you have experience of dealing with customers along with the ability to communicate effectively and converse at ease with our customers from the very young to our more elderly users. Closing date for applications is 4 February 2024.Assessments and interviews will be 14 February 2024.
