My client has an immediate opening for a General Counsel based in its West End office

This vacancy has arisen following an IPO on Nasdaq

Things to note:

• this is a standalone role working in a small professional head office with ten other staff who cover all the C suite roles
• Applicants must have experience of SEC reporting and rules
• You will be the General Counsel covering all legal matters and contracts etc
• There will be M&A work as they deploy funds from the IPO
• You will be socially gregarious and dynamic!

All C suite role salaries and incentive packages will be reviewed post IPO
