To be successful, you must:
- Have worked in a classroom in the last two years and be able to provide relevant references. PGCE placements will be accepted.
- Have UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Be able to rapidly engage students and establish a rapport with students and staff alike.
- Be a confident behaviour manager.
- Lead by example as an enthused and highly motivated educator.
- Have an enhanced DBS certificate for Enhanced Child Workforce registered with the update service. Alternatively, you can apply for one through GSL Education.
- NQTs, Overseas Trained Teachers with the right to work in the UK as well as Instructors with relevant experience are also welcomed to apply.
- A fully checkable work history.
- Access to leading secondary schools with academy status.
- Highly competitive rates of pay from £110 to £160 per day for daily supply, and in-line with AWR for long-term placements.
