General Manager

Are you a seasoned and dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality? We are seeking an experienced Pub Manager to lead the way in delivering exceptional pub experiences at the Falcon in Warmington. You’ll have autonomy over bar products, work with the kitchen team to create seasonal menus, and use your entrepreneurial flair to design your own events to drive the business!

With fine food, an extensive list of spirits, wines and local beers, joined with outstanding views across the local countryside, the Falcon will rein high on your list of places to dine or enjoy a leisurely drink. Our bar sits at the heart of all things, presiding over the garden room which is flooded with light and the large roaring central fireplace that creates a snug feeling throughout the pub. There are plenty of smaller rooms off the main thoroughfare to squirrel away in for a quieter bite to eat and two outside terraces to choose from set within flowerbeds bursting with seasonal flora.

Your Bread and Butter

• Package up to £52,000 including TRONC and profit share paid monthly based on your pub’s performance

About you...

We’re looking for a warm and charismatic manager to lead a friendly, ambitious team and drive this busy pub forwards. You’ll enjoy a high degree of independence with the freedom to be creative and run the pub as if it were truly your own.

You’ll be interested in and knowledgeable about food and drink with a genuine passion for beer and wine. Commercially and financially astute, you’re at your happiest looking after customers whilst training, inspiring and developing your team. As a proven General Manager from a premium, food-led background, you’ve previously built a successful business with a good local reputation and will thrive in a place where you have the freedom to do exactly that.
