A General Manager is required for this busy traditional pub in Nottingham. As well as the impressive menu the venue also prides itself on its traditional cask beer offering. The venue also has function rooms and accommodation available. This place is busy all year round and they are looking for a General Manager who can lead and inspire the friendly, stable front of house team.
As General Manager you will:
- Have experience of working within a similar position within a high-quality wet led pub
- Need a strong background within the food and beverage operation
- Be passionate and knowledgeable about Cask Beer
- Have a calm and measured approach to confidently deliver a first-class food offering
- Have experience of planning and running events
- Financial acumen
