Managing your 81 room Hotel, you’ll lead the Reception, Housekeeping & Maintenance team to deliver a memorable experience for our guests whilst driving profitable sales growth.

A Welcome Break Hotel Manager would ideally:
- Have a good track record managing a team and delivering results in a hotel Front Office/ Food and Beverage / Housekeeping role.
- Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Be strongly business-focused with a desire to succeed.
- Be an energetic people person who can inspire every member of your team.
- Be a good communicator, innovator, and problem solver.
- Have ambition to go far in their management career.
