Originating in London, the brand has made significant strides in the fresh Casual Dining scene in the capital.
As they embark on their journey into the rest of the UK, they are seeking a dedicated General Manager to open and lead this brand-new site.

As the General Manager, you'll be at the forefront of bringing the vision to life, from the initial setup to establishing a vibrant atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for more.

The role of the General Manager

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth functioning, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling staff members.
  Providing leadership, motivation, and guidance to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.
• Managing the restaurant's budget, including monitoring expenses, analysing financial data, and implementing cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
  Handling payroll, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Ensuring excellent customer service by resolving complaints, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Collaborating with chefs and kitchen staff to develop menus that meet customer preferences and market trends.
  Setting prices that balance profitability with competitive positioning.
• Planning and implementing marketing strategies to attract customers and increase sales.
  This may include advertising campaigns, social media marketing, loyalty programs, and special promotions.
