Job Description

As a General Manager in our business, you will:

• Establish and lead a high performing team to consistently deliver our brand proposition, working with them to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Have a customer centric approach in everything you do, understanding their needs and tailoring the experience to suit.
• Keep in touch with the local market and competitor offers in order to always be competitive, relevant and create great relationships with the community.
• Create a joint business plan with your Regional Operations Manager to deliver the key KPI's for the business.
• Acquire and retain new customers to broaden our appeal to future Mecca customers.
• Develop the leaders of the future through structured development and succession plans .

Qualifications

You don't need to have a background in the Bingo industry; just previous experience running a hospitality, retail or leisure venue, motivating and inspiring your own team to deliver brilliant brand standards, outstanding customer experiences in a safe and responsible manner. If you have a real passion for people that releases the energy and values of our team and a passion for our business then we'd love to hear from you.
