Position: General Manager
Salary: €50,000 - €60,000 gross per annum
Location: Marbella, Spain

This successful, fast growing wellness and fitness business is looking for a General Manager Based in the South of Spain.
As a General Manager you are a great leader, who aims to provide the best service possible and who is always looking for opportunities to increase revenue and involvement and generate new income for your location.

About the position:

• Oversee daily business operations.
• Developing and implementing growth strategies.
• Hiring and training employees
• Creating and managing budgets.
• Improving revenue.
• Hiring employees.
• Evaluating performance and productivity.
• Analyzing accounting and financial data.
• Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
• Generating reports and giving presentations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing a large operational service delivery facility or in the premium fitness and wellness industry
• Several years experience managing a large team of employees, including Managers.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• Passionate about customer service.
• Strong understanding of the Italian market and business landscape.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English necessary.
