General Manager of Operations Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Lead, motivate, and inspire a diverse team of operational staff to achieve high levels of performance and productivity.

Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness among all employees.

Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence initiatives on the shop floor, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement, fostering innovation and driving initiatives to streamline processes and reduce waste.

KPI Management: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

Entrepreneurial Spirit: Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to the role, seeking out new opportunities for growth and efficiency gains.

Implementation: Proven track record of successfully implementing operational improvements, both through infrastructure enhancements and capital expenditure projects.

• Proven ability to work to KPIs and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and growth.
