- Oversee and manage the Depot & Fleet, Training and Operations Departments to ensure the efficient organisation of resources across the depots.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase efficiency and profitability
- Manage a team of skilled professionals, ensuring a high-performance culture
- Maintain quality control standards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Foster a safe and healthy work environment
- Engage in budget planning and cost management
- Liaise with stakeholders, including suppliers and customers
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the organisation
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A sound knowledge of industry HSE regulations and safety standards
- A driving licence is essential
