To be considered, you’ll have several years of experience managing an energy-rich, high-volume restaurant, alongside a huge passion for incredible service, provenance & all things people & planet.
As a General Manager, you’re the boss so you join our restaurant legends to:

- Wear multiple hats…you’re a leader, a manager, a confidant, a coach, a mentor & a champion of HBX standards & culture
- Craft the rosters to ensure the right people are in at the right time
- Recruit & select your team of restaurant legends
- Smash the commercials by optimising performance & productivity
- Keep the restaurant safe, sound & compliant by ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety, The Good Work Plan & The Working Time Regulations
- Deliver restaurant-wide knock-your-socks-off customer service with smiles, chat & pace always
