The General Manager provides the glue which holds together a gloriously eclectic mixture of people, projects and priorities. The General Manager role is a crucial new post for Creative Crawley to aid the smooth administrative running of the organisation and projects it manages.
The post holder will manage our day-to-day operations, focussing on company administration, HR function, finance, evaluation and reporting. We are seeking someone who is highly organised, able to juggle multiple tasks and who loves administration, figures, data and supporting others.
This is not an entry-level job, Creative Crawley is about to go through another burst of growth; we want someone who has the capacity to hit the ground running and can anchor us through our next phase.
