Day to day of the role:- Provide efficient administrative support to maintain office operations, ensuring a well-functioning work environment.
- Answer and direct phone calls courteously and professionally, serving as the first point of contact for the company.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely distribution and response.
- Order and manage office supplies, researching new deals and suppliers to optimise costs.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, paying close attention to detail in all data entry tasks.
- Manage contact lists for employees, clients, and vendors, and assist in coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Organise office activities and ensure adherence to corporate guidelines, contributing to a cohesive and productive office culture.
- Coordinate and schedule contractors for office upkeep, such as cleaners and gardeners, to maintain a tidy and professional business premises.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
