General Practice Surveyor

Our Client based in Hampshire is currently recruiting for a General Practice Surveyor to join their team as soon as possible.

This is a full time, ongoing contract with the ideal candidate being a Chartered Surveyor and must have experience working with the public sector.

The purpose of the role is to undertake mainly landlord and tenant work, lease renews, open market rent reviews and full range of GP surveying duties.

You will report directly to the Head of Commercial Property, this is a high demanding position with considerable pressure to uplift and update the commercial property portfolio for the Council.
