We are looking for permanent machine operator to join our production team.
This is a days-based role working 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday. The role offers varied tasks and a great range of benefits including potential career progression.

Job OpportunityThe aim of this role is to be able to operate 2 machines, high speed converting lines and a rewinder, with full training being given. To ensure efficient operation with minimum wastage.
main duties
To operate the rewinding machine, converting parent reels from 1 ply product into 2 ply.Making sure product is made to the right specifications and to the right quality.completing and maintaining production logs on the pc.booking in reels onto the SAP system to ensure they are dispatched correctly.moving reels via FLT into the correct warehouse.complete housekeeping audits using CMS system on handheld device.
Essential SkillsForklift truck experience is desirable.
NVQ level 2 or equivalent in Maths and English
Basic IT skills and experience with microsoft office.
Previous experience in manufacturing or production, or as a machine operator in an FMCG environment is desirable but not essential.
experience of maintaining high standards and carrying out quality assurance testing is desirable.
