Position: Geography Teacher
About the school and contract:
- The school was rated 'Good' by Ofsted
- Contract: Until Easter
- This role may involve a cover for non-subjects to make up for full-term time.
Responsibilities:
- Have experience teaching and demonstrate good subject knowledge in Geography.
- Develop pre-planned lessons to inspire students' interest and understanding of the subject.
- Be able to gather, plan and mark the resources required to deliver sessions efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share effective methods, develop resources, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Geography curriculum.
All applicants must:
- Have a Qualified Teacher Status and Teach up to Key Stage 4.
- Be eligible to work in the UK.
- Be able to provide at least two professional references.
- Have an Enhanced DBS, Overseas Police Checks (If applicable) or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS.
