Geospatial Technician

If you’re motivated, curious, and looking to take an exciting next step in your career, we are looking for five motivated and talented people to join our busy and friendly Land Mapping team at the Rural Payments and Inspections Division.
The role of the Geospatial Technician falls within the operational delivery element of the Land Mapping Team. They are responsible for updating and maintaining geospatial data to enable accurate payments and subsidies for £650m towards rural support and development.
They also provide a resource enabling the Rural Payments and Inspections Division (RPID) to adapt to a surge of tasking through the year and implement changes when delivered by organisational design and development work and the agricultural reform programme.
