The Company:
Our client is a well establish UK company who design and manufacture a variety of products supplied worldwide
Main Duties:
To provide outstanding customer service to a large portfolio of clients
The Role:
- Respond to enquires via telephone, email or live chat
- provide customers with product information and quotes
- answer queries regarding lead times, invoicing and stock
- order processing
- follow up on outstanding enquires ensuring any further info is provided
- monitor lead times and deliveries
- translating as needed
The Candidate:
- Fluent in Dutch and German (written and spoken) essential
- Fluent in French an advantage
- Experience in customer service beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- confident, dynamic and willing to learn
- IT literate
