Belgium/Benelux Payroll Expert
Location: Remote, UK with once a month travel to Manchester
Salary: £32K - £50K
We are working with an excellent large company who we have been working in partnership with, for a while.
They have a vacancy in their international payroll team for a payroll Expert for the Belgium region. This role requires fluency and ideally French AND Dutch, or as a minimum one of those. The company definitely need knowledge of payroll in Belgium.

The person they need
- A good amount of payroll experience and knowledge in regards to Belgium
- Fluent French and Dutch preferred. Would consider one of these if not both
- Knowledge of Belgian payroll issues, such as some knowledge of the benefits and tax codes etc. within the country.
- Administration or HR experience would be great
- Someone with good Excel skills
Duties:
- Sitting within the payroll team and supporting Belgian employees who are on the international payroll
- Co-operating closely with HR to roll out and manage benefit schemes and other deductions
- Performing transactional payroll activities
- Providing a great service to these internal employees and answering their queries
- Dealing with expenses and travel reimbursements
- Processing changes of salary, changes of tax codes etc.
- Dealing with pension and private health deductions and submissions
- Liaising with their outsourced payroll provider
- Extracting necessary information for the payroll provider to process
