Payroll Executive
A multi-sited, award winning Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors in Yorkshire has an opportunity for an experienced, full time, permanent Payroll Executive to join their expanding team in the York office. This position offers the right individual the opportunity to grow within the role and work alongside a professional and friendly team.
Your key responsibilities as Payroll Executive will be to work with different, often long-standing clients;
- Providing support and assistance to the full payroll team
- Providing payroll assistance to all internal employees
- Setting up PAYE and Pension schemes
- Preparation of payroll, pension, and CIS for our internal payroll clients on a weekly, fortnightly, four weekly, monthly and annual basis
- Pension administration and support
- Payroll Year End administration for all internal payroll clients
- Providing external client support for all things payroll related; including current furlough issues, pension, and year end administration
- General office administrative support (post/ filing/ telephone)
What we are looking for in this newPayroll Executive:
- Team orientated, experienced in Payroll
- Familiar with Sage/Xero etc
- Customer centric and attention to details
