Red Recruitment is excited to be recruiting German Speaking Customer Service Advisors to join an insurance company who have been operating for over 150 years. This position will involve resolving customer queries in German. This role is located in Bristol City Centre and has a salary of £25,000 per annum as well as many benefits.

- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4.30pm (37.5 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities of an German Speaking Customer Service Advisor:
- Answering and making phone calls and responding to enquiries within target timescales
- Confirming and verifying insurance details that are provided and accurately entering them into the database
- Reviewing and responding to insurance documents and miscellaneous correspondence within target timescales to confirm client's insurance criteria are met
- Dealing with high value German speaking clients
- Resolving customer complaints within target and FCA guidelines ensuring that customers are treated fairly
- Translating documents as necessary
Key Skills of an German Speaking Customer Service Advisor:
- Must be able to speak German fluently and to a professional standard
- Previous experience in a Customer Service
- Preferable experience within claims or insurance but not necessary
- Excellent telephone manners and Customer Service
- Able to use Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel
- Must have organisational and prioritisation skills
