Location : Remote in UK - from home in UK

Hours : Mon-Fri, 08:00-18:00 CET

Salary : GBP15 per hour

Contract : Temp until 30th of June 2024

Tru Talent is looking for German Customer Support Specialist's to join an award-winning company to support a client in the financial sector. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers with questions related to the financial sphere. You will ensure that you offer a high-quality service to all customers who require assistance.

What you will be doing as a German Customer Support Specialist:

• Provide excellent customer service over the phone, by solving the queries and problems of the customers. Also search for solutions of complex cases.
• Follow our client's and Conduent's policies as well as any applicable legal requirements.
• Improve own knowledge, as well as contribute to improving the database and processes to continue providing ideas or suggestions.
• Understanding customer care and apply to all customer touch points.
• Share knowledge gained with team through effective knowledge transfer.
• Resolve high level complaint issues ensuring the customer is satisfied and that the issue is resolved in an efficient manner.

Essential skills of the German Customer Support Specialist:

• Excellent customer service skills, with a good grasp of understanding customer's needs by asking appropriate probing questions and a desire to deliver great customer service.
• Being able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-management skills and the ability to be productive independently of the team and leadership.
• Excellent verbal, written, grammar and interpersonal communication skills in French & English language.
• Strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate in a clear and simple manner, with a proper dose of empathy. A patient, exceptional listener who enjoys problem solving and educating others.

Requirements of the German Customer Support Specialist :

• High school level or equivalent.
• Language proficiency - German C1 and English B2
• Have previous experience in office work/customer service or affinity for the type of work.
• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Interest in working from home.
