I am looking for a Customer Service Specialist with a passion for delivering outstanding service to your retail partners. This role involves working closely with the regional sales team to manage customer orders efficiently and support sales representatives with customer account management. The ideal candidate will have experience in Customer Service, logistics, and order management, and be excited to join a midsize, fast-growing company.
Day to Day of the role:- Provide exceptional Customer Service to retail partners via email and telephone, handling stock availability, price information requests, and order management.
- Liaise with sales reps and agents regarding customer accounts, enquiries, and order book issues.
- Process orders through the B2B system and handle manual order entries.
- Maintain accurate records of orders and cancellations on internal logs.
- 2+ years of related experience in Customer Service.
- Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and order management.
- Above-average proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written; French is a plus.
