Harvey John is working with a thriving and highly entrepreneurial hospitality group on sourcing a hands-on, detail focused Bookkeeper to work closely alongside their FC to manage and develop their finance function.

The ideal candidate will come from a similar bookkeeping position and have a min 2 years+ relevant experience. They will be a highly organised and detail focused individual who is able to effectively self-manage. Experience of payroll and Xero are also a plus - but negotiable.
Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping
- Reconciliation tasks
- Processing invoices
- Assisting with the supplier side of business
- Playing a key role in integrating new supply/inventory and ordering platform
- Monitor financial transactions and reports
- Process cheques and payments
- Understand ledgers
- Handle monthly payroll using accounting software
- Ad hoc duties as required by the FC
