Are you a bookkeeper or Accounts Assistant with bookkeeping experience, with a background working for a medium to large sized organisation, looking for an exciting and busy role where no two days are the same, working for an award–winning company in West Sussex?
You will play a crucial part in a small but strong team, where you will be the go–to individual supporting with financial tasks and also have facility executive duties where you will oversee the operation and maintenance of buildings and grounds (no experience required).
The Person:
- Credit Card & Balance Sheet Reconciliation
- Raising Supplier Invoices
- Bookkeeping Duties Record financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts to maintain accuracy.
- Process invoices and expenses in adherence to company policies
- Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of facilities.
- Manage vendor relationships for facility services.
- AAT Qualified or working towards
- Experience as a Bookkeeper OR Accounts Assistant with Bookkeeping duties
- Experience working in a medium – large company
