German Speaking Administration/Aftersales Exec
Remote in the UK. Hours: Normal office hours Monday to Friday
Salary: £40K - £45K ideally, plus benefits. The company may go a little higher if you are already on more than this.
We are recruiting a remote German speaking job, work from home. This is for a leading global manufacturer of large industrial equipment, a 1 billion turnover large company. They have a vacancy for an after sales professional, to support their German and English clients after their installation work has been commissioned and completed.
The main tasks in the role
- Managing the aftermarket/aftersales parts of large commissioning projects
- Once the installation has been done, you will look after the customer.
- Customers are typically long established customers who have multiple projects
- Dealing with any problems or advice post installation
- Quoting for additional projects and services
- Order entry
- Resource scheduling
- Organising in house repairs
- Supporting the manager and service technicians in the field
- Dealing with other after ales queries for continuous customers

The ideal candidate
- Fluent German language skills
- 3 - 5 years + of strong administration/aftersales experience within manufacturing
- Or if you have worked as a repair co-ordinator in some capacity
- Quoting or proposals experience would be desired
- Familiar with manufacturing environments
- Experience within professional B2B environments
- knowledge of SAP preferred, and able to pick up systems
