If you are a German speaker looking for a new opportunity in sales, then we have an exciting new role for you! This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week in the office in Manchester. The base salary for this role is up to £25000 depending on experience, with a realistic OTE of £31,000.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing relationships with new customers and ensuring completing of their onboarding assessments. The company provides software to assist clients with supply chain management so you will be responsible for maximising sales from their customer base in Germany. The role will involve making outbound calls, exceeding KPIs and working closely with other departments to ensure customers are satisfied with their onboarding experience.

Responsibilities:
- Support and communicate with customers across the DACH region via phone and email.
- Ensure calls and processes are logged accurately
- Respond to customer queries professionally and in a timely fashion.
- Escalate issues as and when appropriate.
- Assimilate and apply product knowledge in order to maximise sales.
What we're looking for:
- Native level of German
- Ideally previous experience in an outbound role.
- Confidence dealing with customers over the phone.
- Ability to work well individually and as part of a wider team
- Excellent communication skills
