Hours: Normal office hours 8am - 4pm
We are recruiting 1 German Speaking Customer Service role.
This is for a leading retail business, who are growing massively in Germany.
The main tasks in the role
* answering emails from customers in regards to the product
* There may be also some phone contact
* Customers will be either retailer stockists or end customers
* Fully supporting the German side
* liaising with the warehouse
* Ensuring timely shipment of orders

The ideal candidate
* Native level or full fluent German skills is the number 1
* background in admin/Customer Service is strongly preferred
