Job Description
- Provide legal advice on commercial contract matters.
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts in both German and English.
- Manage and mitigate legal and contractual risks.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure legal compliance.
- Support the implementation of the company's legal policies and procedures.
- Handle dispute resolution processes.
- Conduct legal research and keep abreast with legal developments.
- Support other legal projects as may be required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful German Speaking Commercial Contracts Lawyer should have:
- A degree in Law and admission to practice.
- Proficiency in German and English languages.
- Experience in commercial contract law.
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
