Location: Rayleigh
Salary: £12 - £14.00 per hour
Working days: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Job role: German Speaking Customer Service Advisor
Role Overview
- Responding to email and telephone product enquiries
- Must be able to fluently speak German to allow you to respond to customer queries.
- Liaise with internal teams and departments to ensure the Customer Service issue is resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Recording and updating the system accordingly
- Deal with both inbound and outbound calls
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is required.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- You will need to be an organised person for this role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent spoken and preferably written German is required for this position
