We are working with an incredible events company based in Hammersmith who are looking for a self-motivated, efficient and confident German speaking Customer Service Advisor to assist with confirmation calling for an upcoming event.
GERMAN SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
Contract duration: 2 days
Dates: Tuesday 12th & Wednesday 13th March 2024
Hours of work: 09:00 - 16:00
Location: 100% office based, Hammersmith
Salary: £13 per hour
Day-to-day duties include:
- Communication with French and customers and clients by telephone.
- Resolving queries effectively and professionally, and to impart advice in a friendly but mature manner.
- Translation services may be needed from time to time.
- Answering FAQs and reconfirming attendance to the event
To be a successful Customer Service Advisor you will need:
- Exemplary written and spoken French and English skills.
- Previous Customer Service experience via telephone.
- Strong communication skills to effectively manage client relationships, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills to take ownership of difficult and complex cases.
