Key Information:
- Salary: GBP32,000 basic + annual Bonus
- Location: Wantage, Oxfordshire (Hybrid Working after probation)
- Contract Type: Permanent
Your Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Manage and optimize the order fulfilment process.
- Bilingual Communication: Effectively respond to inquiries in English and German.
- Client Advising: Provide expert guidance on pricing, quotations, and product availability.
- Delivery Management: Coordinate timely and seamless order deliveries.
Essential Requirements:
- German Fluency: Native level proficiency is a must.
- Customer Service Experience: Demonstrated expertise in B2C or B2B.
- SAP Proficiency: Navigate SAP systems for efficient order processing.
- Location: Must be within commutable distance to Wantage, Oxfordshire
