Key Information:

• Salary: GBP32,000 basic + annual Bonus
• Location: Wantage, Oxfordshire (Hybrid Working after probation)
• Contract Type: Permanent

Your Responsibilities:

• Order Processing: Manage and optimize the order fulfilment process.
• Bilingual Communication: Effectively respond to inquiries in English and German.
• Client Advising: Provide expert guidance on pricing, quotations, and product availability.
• Delivery Management: Coordinate timely and seamless order deliveries.

Essential Requirements:

• German Fluency: Native level proficiency is a must.
• Customer Service Experience: Demonstrated expertise in B2C or B2B.
• SAP Proficiency: Navigate SAP systems for efficient order processing.
• Location: Must be within commutable distance to Wantage, Oxfordshire
